We use this as a topping for our Chorizo Chili Rellenos but honestly this sauce can be used for a dip or topping just about anything. This recipe makes 6 servings, so you can easily just use what you need and then store the rest in the fridge up to 30 additional days. We always have extra sauces and dips on hand for whatever we need, and this has become one of our new staples to always have around. We think you might too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender
  2. Refrigerate what you don't immediately use for up to 30 days in a storage container
